Q: How to delete your data

Remove the WhatsApp connection yourself. Delete everything else by emailing support@onecup.cc from the address on your OneCup account, with your OneCup account name. We will delete the opt-out list and send history for that account and confirm within 30 days.

Wa Sender is a tool by OneCup that lets business clients send updates to their own customers through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. This page explains what data we keep and how to have it deleted.

How to delete your data

Remove the WhatsApp connection yourself. In your OneCup dashboard, open the WhatsApp Broadcast panel, go to Settings, and click Disconnect. This deletes the saved connection details and the access token immediately.
Delete everything else. Email support@onecup.cc from the address on your OneCup account, with your OneCup account name. We will delete the opt-out list and send history for that account and confirm within 30 days.
If you removed the app from Facebook, Meta gave you a confirmation code. Include that code in your email and we will match your request to it.
